Ngày hôm nay 26.7.2013, như đã thông báo, Kiến nghị khẩn cấp về Blogger Điếu Cày - Nguyễn Văn Hải đã được trao cho Đại Sứ quán Việt Nam tại Praha, CH Séc để chuyển tới Chủ tịch Quốc hội Nguyễn Sinh Hùng.
